Zodiac nature2 Spa Stick
The stick contains silver and zinc, which damage or kill bacteria. Must be used with an MPS oxidiser (O2 Shock) AND Dichlor (Chlorine). An oxidiser is needed to activate the stick and get the minerals working, and Dichlor is required to be used because it isn’t proven to be a totally reliable bacteria killer. The stick works like a mathematical equation – silver + zinc + hot water temperature + level of MPS = sanitation. But if any of these are not present or not at adequate levels, the sanitation won’t be sufficient hence the need for shocking with chlorine.
